Just chiming in to share that I received a three-year-old Russian tortoise from Carol S. this morning! It was an absolute pleasure interacting with and purchasing from her—her knowledge and passion for these amazing creatures are exceptional.
As a first-time tortoise owner, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Carol genuinely cares about her tortoises and does what’s best for them, rather than just making a quick sale. That dedication really showed throughout the whole process and even the workers at FedEx were envious. She goes above and beyond!
