Holistic food

It's guys just started feeding my marginated Henry Komodo fruit and flower. Hes never had it before and he loves it how often should I feed him it aswell as his greens I've been told to leave a small tray of them in most of the time but Thort I'd get opinions of what you lot think :-D

Joe likes Komodo as well. He only gets a small amount twice a week though! leaves are the bulk of his diet
