Honey suckle v-creeper

My russian tortoises have two honey suckle trees in there pin. I know the honey suckle are fine in moderation, but what about the leaves? Also, my tortoise ate a leaf of Virginia creeper I missed in the pin, should I be concerned?

Here's a photo for reference the leaves extend to the ground and the tortoises eat them sometimes.
