Hops, Hostas, Hydrangeas and Reed Grass

I have hops, hostas, hydrangeas, grape vines, and Karl Foerster feather reed grass (Calamagrostis acutiflora) in my yard. I'm looking to vary my Hermann's diet with easily available greens. Does anyone have any objections or thought?
