Natrah,On my way to the city of dreaming spires, Oxford!
There was something on tv about pickleball the other day, but I hadn't heard of it before. Sounds like something I'd enjoy as I used to be a tennis and squash player in my younger days.Has anyone here played pickleball? I hadn't either until I got invited to play this morning. I didn't embarrass myself and im still alive. Kerry is a beast and is probably why im still alive. She had to cover part of my side.
I do have a feeling that all those left knee surgeries are going to make themselves front and center this evening though.
It was good fun with friends down the street.
Hey Ray, when you headed back to Florida?
Have a lovely time Natrah and hope you enjoy lots of good company, music and food!On my way to the city of dreaming spires, Oxford!
I wonder about thatI see it on Amazon, do you think Amazon won't carry it anymore?
Their products are so gentle on your skin. And really not as expensive as people think. They give you a lot just to orderThey were mum's favourite as well!
I love to hear the Chinese language spoken. It's musical like bells.Yeah MG, sounds like some wonder women stuff going on there too! Good for you.....good prep if you have the time beats the dogsnot out of a Q&D. Whenever I try a a quick&dirty, I hurt myself. LOL
That baby last night was precious! Meet Nora the Chinese anchor baby....well she is!

What a head of hair! She looks like a Troll-baby...and no I did not tell her mother that! We had a great time and I really like the dad, Wesson. I got to feed Nora when her mom ate. Very special for me.

The man wasn't lying on tv the other night and this was a typical example as the entire family was here from China but i see way past politics in other human beings and i really like those folks. There are things in the world I don't control but does any of that matter when you are holding a baby and feeding her? Nope!
So cool that Lyn still has the Canary. What a neat addition to your home! Who knows, maybe the owner will show up in your life somehow.
I was just in a town called Oxford. Took 3 of my grandkids to a indoor trampoline arena. To get to the trampolines. You had to walk right through a arcade. To play the arcade games you had to purchase a card with credits on the card. The cards started at 20 dollars. I bought 3 of the 30 dollar cards. So 90 dollars got the 3 of my grandkids about 30 minutes of playing time. Thank goodness they were ready to eat lunch when they were done. Lunch was 120 dollars for 5 of us. So getting into the trampolines, arcade games and lunch was 265 dollars. Good thing I visit once a yearOn my way to the city of dreaming spires, Oxford!
I liked playing squash. There was something on tv about pickleball the other day, but I hadn't heard of it before. Sounds like something I'd enjoy as I used to be a tennis and squash player in my younger days.
Once a year, yes . . .BUT . . .it will be a event they remember for a long, long timeI was just in a town called Oxford. Took 3 of my grandkids to a indoor trampoline arena. Rose found a deal for Paramount for 60 dollars a year. It has been almost a year. So she will cancel and wait for another promo deal.Remember that pickleballing we did yesterday? Well I woke kinda sore but we took a 1.5mile walk this morning to loosen up. After helping my old neighbor erect his new parking canopy from Harbor freight we went to her son's house to replace his kitchen sink and faucet. His existing sink was molded into the fake Corian countertop. He took a saw and cut it out while I trimmed the new sink....
meaning I installed the faucet and disposal. We dropped it in and i rerouted and connected the plumbing. A beautiful Kraus piece. Super plumber strikes again!
Just taking it easy tonight though. Kerry is leaving to go to NY on Monday too Ray so the coast will be clear if you want a detour. LOL
I ditched Paramount last night when they raised their price to 139....then the fkers offered it to me for 75 when I cancelled! Screw that, all they had was garbage and the same movies for 6 months on their front page. Even South Park stank last year.
I signed up Netflix for the 1st time for 9 bucks a month with commercials. It was double plus 2 bucks for no commercials. That's nuts too. A 30% delta would have been reasonable. A 110% increase is not.
I have company in the yard. It's 10pm so i can't see who it is but I'm guessing raccoon since you rarely hear deer but maybe they are eating Kerry's flowers on the deck? LOL
Yep the memories make the cost a non issue.Once a year, yes . . .BUT . . .it will be a event they remember for a long, long time![]()
Way to go Ray, Makin memories with the grand kids...Gotta love it!
