You defintely have a Horsfield, aka Russian.

Age is anyone's guess unless you know the hatch date as they all grow at different rates. Not a baby is the best I can do, but looks near full/adult size so could be much older than you think.

The beak is overgrown and needs trimming back a tiny bit at a time with nail clippers or by a vet experienced with torts if you can't face it.

thank you, yes shall get him to vets, he normally lives out side in the summer running around as he loves being out of his house, but atm he’s in doors, however aiming to build him a bigger home as his is far too small

Make sure you choose a vet experienced with torts. Few have training beyond small mammals and the ones that don't have training for torts are probably more dangerous than good. We hear of far too many that recommend outdated care information or want to give vitamin injections (just don't - excess Vitamin A causes horrendous skin problems for example)
