Looking a little on the dry side, but not bad. How often do you soak?

Does this tortoise live alone? In the pic is looks like another tortoise has been biting its forelimb, but it could just be some dirt or something and the angle of the pic.

I'm soaking him everyother day and he lives alone so hopefully what u see is just dirt

I agree he looks a little dry. I don't know the percentage of humidity they are suppose to have, but does he have any kind of humidity in his enclosure? He sure is a cutie and loving his food. Maybe @HermanniChris can help with humidity.
