How do I include a link in a message or conversation? For instance, I want to include a link for a caresheet that is on the Forum written by Tom and Biochemnerd808?

You go to that thread and "copy" the address at the top of the screen. Then go back to your conversation or message and "paste" it. Of course, I know nothing about smart phones, so this may not be how you do it on a phone.

If you are doing it in the app, tap the post whose URL you want to copy then choose the menu icon top right. Finally tap "Copy Post URL"
You can then paste that URL into the post you are making
