How much calcium?

Hi i have a 9 monts old baby hermann tortoise and i was wondering how many times a week i should be giving calcium and d3? Right now his diet is defferent weeds and flowers but when it gets colder hes gonna have to eat store bought lettuce.

I would say a pinch of calcium twice a week is sufficient. If possible, you can gather weeds and flowers and dry them for the winter, rather than feeding lettuce.

How about d3? How many times aweek should i be giving calcium with d3 or nutrobal, i go a little back and forth
