Hello friends!!!

How can you differentiate a leopard PP and a leopard bobcocki?

Do they have the same care instructions? Avergage adult size? Advantages? Hardier?

Pictures would also help. Are there any noticeable differnces in their carapace?

Thanks in advance

P.P. babies typically have double or triple dots on each scute as well as speckling on the skin. P.P. also get much larger than the P.B. Care is the same for both.

the largest S. pardalis are those of the past nomenclatural name of babcocki. They are geographic variants of one species. Egg incubation is different and I think there are indeed some care differences. The southern variant formerly know as S.p.p. seem to need a higher proportion of calcium in their diet.

Any photo comparisons for hatchlings and adults for the 2 species?
