Ima figurin’ some y’all know me from tortoise impute I give at times. Just stoppin by to mention that I’ve met some nieghbors here and they’ve got themselves a African side neck turtle. I went to turtleforum and yuppers my new friends are doin’ things funky. More later, phone is dying.

These “kids” are feeding g fish because the fish are cheap and it’s fun to watch the turtle “chase for the kill.” They do get the fish in a fresh clean medicated tank, without any pet store water, and then feed the fish out until they’ve been in there for a few days, but you know, I want to advise floating pellets that are worm free with some floating dark green veggie, but baby steps, right? Baby steps…

At least it sounds like they know the dangers of feeding pet store fish and trying to make it healthier.
Good luck getting them to feed better foods. Even if it's fish once in awhile so they can still see the chase.
