Humid Hide Help

I recently made a humid hide box for my sulcata tortoise and he is having trouble finding the door to get out. What should I do? Please help.

I've never had this problem. Are the sides clear? Maybe pile up some substrate around all the sides so the door will be more obvious.

Can you post a picture of it. Maybe we can figure out why. Your tort isn't having any eye problems, right?
