I think I've narrowed it down to either a (smaller) Greek or Hermann tortoise. I plan on purchasing the small Vision tub for housing. I will use a humid hide at one end of the enclosure with sphagnum inside that I can keep moist. I will use a PowerSun MVB on a stand at the other end of the enclosure. Does the entire enclosure need to be kept damp or is having a humid hide adequate for the tortoise's humidity needs?

The whole enclosure does not need to be humid. A humid hide is perfect. Just remember, warm and damp is fine, cold and damp can lead to respiratory issues.
