I have finally got the temps right but I still can't seem to keep the up!! Any suggestions! My substrate is cypress and coco fiber!

Open top?
Either close the top, make an actual closed chamber (my preference), or heat and humidity the entire room.

Closed tops! 
Do you have a humidifier? Even just spraying + moist coir will help loads, with a closed top.
