Humidity level

I have 3 little baby's sullys (3 to 4 months old) and I'm having problems keeping the humidity level high or any at all. Any ideas what I should do? I want the best for the baby's

I have mine in a closed chamber with cypress mulch on the bottom with peet moss on top of that. I pour water over all of it and it soaks in and stays moist. The humidity is consistently at 90. After a while, when the substrate starts to dry up a bit, I just ad more water to it. He loves to make his borrows in it too.
