What kind of substrate are you using? I have a mix of organic topsoil and coco coir that I keep damp. Never had any problem keeping humidity above 80%. I do have a Reptifogger on-hand too, but rarely ever need to use it.

I have an organic plant-based soil with coco bark over the top. When I give him his bath I water everything down really well, but the humidity won’t go above 70f. I did plant some seeds and I know the humidity will be easier to keep once they start to grow.
I will have to look up a repti-fogger, I haven’t heard of this.

Pics of your setup will help us determine how the humidity is escaping.

Misting won't do the job. You need to pour some water in your substrate and mix it up so it's damp. Then put a fine layer of dry substrate on top. Hope this helps.

Following everyone’s advice, I got Kame in a closed top enclosure. However I am having trouble keeping humidity up. How is everyone doing this?
I pour a whole pitcherful of water over the substrate then mix it up with my hands to make sure every particle is moistened.
