I've had Noah for 5 weeks and the last month he has been settled but the last 4 days he has done nothing but stay in one corner
He hasnt eat or drank any I'm worried he may hibernate
What can I do to make him not hibernate and what will happen if he doesn't eat?

I would spend some time re checking your temps ---I would not support this tort brumating this winter since you just acquired him...overwintering may be tough, but I believe you will want to be sure to get him up a few times a day, offer a warm water soak (20-30 mins) daily --generally just not allow him to lay with out movement...also, I would keep his enclosure comfortably warm day and night during the winter months...there is no way to absolutely fool him into believing it is summer, but you can certainly try to keep him guessing...
