Yes, they are. I actually have seen nicer looking ones on fauna classified. In fact, I think someone has babies for sale on there.

Value is in the eye of the beholder. I love ivory sulcatas. They gorgeous, but don't see my self ever spending that much on one. I was thinking about getting a hatchling down the road. I wonder how much those are going for.

$500+s&h to $650+s&h is the usual range for a fresh ivory hatchling.

Older animals are all over the place in price, with males typically going for ~1-2k, depending on quality, and females going for significantly more, depending on size, quality, and condition.
