Well, yes. I named him more after the song title than the actual song.
The song popped into my head while I was preparing his enclosure before I got him. I was struggling with a name for him.

ALL of my animals are named after something music-related.

Those three are named after a Joanna Newsom song called "Monkey & Bear".
Then I have-
*Joplin: last name of Janis Joplin
*Jethro: after Jethro Tull (my husband was listening to them when I purchased him online
*Cotten: after Folk musician Elizabeth Cotten

*Crackity Jones: a song by The Pixies

Ella: My son named her Ella Fitzgerald after the late jazz singer.

I named Stagger, Stagger Lee because the song popped into my head, and because I thought Stagger Lee would be an awesome name for a tortoise.
