I plan on getting a eastern hermenns baby and need help with a enclosure

I just need some advice on what I should do for an enclosure for it. I plan on making a tortoise table for it when it gets big but I thought maybe I should start smaller since its a baby I see Rubbermaid totes get brought up a lot but when I was looking on the site for one they all kinda looked small for a tortoise. I know I need a UVB light and a basking light so I was wonder if there were certain ones that are good or if I can just get any of them(I know coil bulbs are bad). I know I can get a substrate from a store in town and maybe some hides. I want a temperature gage to put in its hide and a ceramic heat emitter so it doesn't get cold so I was wondering if there was one that like plugged into the gage to it comes on when it needs to?

i cant answer most of your questions, i keep my torts outside. so i dont have to much equipment, the one thing i suggest is to NOT use a red bulb for your heating lamp.
