Not a male You have a female there. There are females out there that have small male "equipment". Sometimes they are able to lay eggs and sometimes they aren't.

I did read some articles about female sometimes has male organ which is deformed and no functionality. But it is so Rarely to let HER to show her male thing! I will post one of my male's plastron pic later today to let you see. Mine looks have same U shape.

O.K. Danny, and everyone, I am posting pics of 3 of my juveniles, 2 pictures each at differint angles. The tortoise in the original post will be the last 2 pics. I just measured them all, I need to weigh them also, but they are all a tad over 6" and I mean a Tad. Tell me what you think.
