I think my tortoise is dead?!?!??!!

My 5 month old leopard tortoise is not moving when I touch her head, and her eyes are closed. All her limbs are tucked in.

Sometimes sick tortoises seem dead even though they aren't, there is still a chance that he is alive. Were there any symptoms or changes in behavior before hand? What kind of conditions is your tortoise in (temperatures, humidity)? Aestivation is one thing that comes to mind... (Could happen in too hot and dry enviroment).
