He's moving now because I picked him up but this is his cage ( it's kinda small but my parents won't let me get anything bigger)View attachment 135132. Ps. I did research and the red footed tort females tend to have oval shells. Is he female?

I there. Any chance of you taking a photo of the whole enclosure please. Is it on the floor. Maybe you could extend it add on to your existing enclosure. Is the entire enclosure glass. You could create an indoor garden area attached to your existing enclosure.
