That is a fine product too use. Put a small pinch on the torts food 2-3 times a week for a hatchling and about 2-3 times a month for adults.
The last part of your post about to provide for wild turtles, I don't know what your asking

Wild tortoises ear calcium rich weeds and the occasional skeleton.

If it is not an outdoor tortoise you want to be very sure it has exposure to UVB lighting, which can fade depending on how far away it is from the shell and how old the bulb is. The rule of thumb is you want it to get 16-18 hours of light, the bulb one foot from shell, and to mark on your calendar to replace the bulb every four months. Six is pushing it. The reason I brought this up is your supplement does not contain D3. If it is indoor next time by the supplement for indoor torts, which contains the same products however also contains D3 which is essential to the tortoise in order to put the calcium where it needs to go within its body.
