I've seen several on craigslist recently. Try using searchtempest.com so you can search several craigslist areas at once.
I live in MA too and have seen a few on craigslist...Check the Boston section, Worcester section, and Rhode Island. If you search under pets you should come across a few. I looked into them and they were asking more than I could pay right now. Decent prices for red foots in general, but I was hoping for cheaper. Good luck!

I haven't gotten any emails back from CL people yet.
I brought home a female redfoot who is about 10 years old. She is healthy, active and very curious. A bit of pyramiding but it looks like there was no lasting damage from it. Yay!
