Is ice plant okay for my Hermann's. It grows everywhere here but I haven't seen it on the plant lists I've checked. It's the succulent looking kind with yellowish flowers.

Ice plant is ok for tortoises to eat.

Correct. It's a succulent, so feeding too much would probably give the tortoises watery feces.
