These hermann's are being advertised as t.h. hermanni. Are they?

No way to tell from that photo. Very doubtful though!

It's questionable based on that photo. But the photo is very small format and doesn't show some of the important identifying features necessary to confirm the subspecies. A clear plastral and head photo would be necessary. At first glance it looks like a very young Eastern Hermann's.
These are three that I have. Their markings are very typical of Westerns:
