I'm squinting and looking as closely as I can at your pics, but I can't see anything that looks like shell rot to me.

What substrate are you using? How damp is it? Tell us a bit more about how you are housing the tortoise, and what your care routine is.

Anything is possible, but stars are not generally prone to shell rot.

I think Tanmay is referring to the little pale squiggles under the keratin of the scales. It is not shell rot, but just how the scales form and develop. I don't have a better answer than that, but it is normal and will eventually disappear. (If that is indeed what you are asking about)

But, I agree with Tom. Provide a bit more information about how your tortoise is housed, and clearer answers can be given if needed.

Definitely not she'll rot.

I am interested in your care, substrate, and it's housing as well. That will allow for a correct identification.
