Indoor Enclosure Expansion!!!

My tortoise has a 10x10 outdoor enclosure, but it's getting too cold to go out there. The pet store told me that a 50 gallon terrarium would be good enough for a RT, but I now know that that's not true. For this reason, I am going to set up a small baby pool (similar to the ones used for bathing dogs) like a tortoise table and connect it to his terrarium. I think he'll really like the added indoor space ☺. What do you guys think about this?

Hey dude..how big is your rt?? Try building a 5x2, 5x3 tort table...

The pool idea will work. I used them when he moved to our new place a few years ago. We moved in the spring and it was too cold to build anything outside yet. It was short term until we got the out door enclosures.

The tort table would be for indoors..We live in nyc so we had no choice..our apt afforded us the space...
