Finally finished my new indoor enclosure....but I think I already need change it. The one half has sand mixed into it :s
I was told to mix sand, coco fiber, mulch and peatmoss. Now Just was told sand is bad....
There food I moved to the side with no sand...

What do you think other then the sand?

I like that you used 2 totes for bigger space and I like the decorations. It is pleasing to the human eye and stimulating for the tort. Well done.

What are you housing in there?

IMO if your sand ratio is low I'd just leave it as is for now and when you replace your substrate next time, leave out the sand then. But you can switch it all today if you wanted. Up to you.

It's at least a third sand. That's pretty high :s and it's two redfoots hatchlings.
