I would use a terra cotta plant saucer as your new water dish. It's very important for your torts to have access to water all the time, even if they don't seem to use it all the time.

So what is the best heat lamp situation for the rfs? I just bought a temp gun on Amazon and am going to buy a new lamp what do you recommend?
