Is my russian tort ok?

Ive been very worried about my tort lately and i would like to know if hes ok...
Please tell me anything he has and if possible how to make it better

He looks like his beak is a little long and needs trimming start putting his food on slate as he eats he can file his beak down .

What is it that worries you?

His shell is a little bumpy. Good care will keep it from getting worse.

Well i could see it prluramiding and he has faded edges and just wanted to know if he was alright

How are you keeping him?

Well his tank is too small for him so im im going to make him a NEW place, he has coconut coirbso he has plenty of moisture but instead of having a UVB bulb i have a heat mat and thats anothe thing im going to change when making him a new enclousure. He also has a big outside enclousure where he stays when the weathers nice.
