Your little guy is still small and will be in your closed chamber soon enough. It should be just fine.

how does the top of his shell feel? can you feel any ridges between the scutes? even if there is any he is still young enough that once you get him in his permanent enclosure with proper humidity his growth will even out so when he's older you won't be able to tell much if any at all! just make sure you keep up the daily soaks!
