Is my tortoise male or female?

Hello everyone! I'd like some help figuring out whether my Western Hermann's tortoise is male or female. He/she is around a year and a half, and almost five inches long. Is this big enough/old enough to tell what it is?

It looks female to me. Are you sure it’s a Western? It looks a little more like an Eastern Plastron from the pictures.

I'd say too young to tell yet for sure, but my guess would be female at the moment.
