Is Smiley an adult yet?

Hello All,

I was wondering if Smiley is an adult yet. I measured her plastron at 6 and 1/4 inches, and her SCL is 7 inches.

I think last year, I measured her plastron at 4 inches.

I was just wondering what constitutes a tortoise becoming an "Adult"

Wow she's really grown, but I was really hoping for pictures of Smiley because it's been a while since we last saw her.

In terms of size, she is an adult. In terms of age it depends. How old is she?
That is alot of growth in one year! Is her carapace relatively smooth and well domed?
It would be great to see photos of her!

At that size she is definately capable of laying eggs, so that would make her an adult.

I will take some photos tonight. My wife tends to keep our camera in her purse, so I forget we have it.
