He is about 4-5 inches in length. I'm not sure if I should be going by baby tortoise rules or not. Please help
Is this a baby tortoise?

He/she seems to be 5 or 6 yrs old. Not a baby definitely not. It's hard to clearly count the shell rings but looks 5 or 6 I'd say
That looks like an adult. Care and feeding is pretty much the same for adults and babies. I just soak babies more often.
