Is this a cherryhead?

I picked up a pair of cherryheads that my brother in law and while one of them is definitely a cherryhead the other one im doubtful, here are his pics.

thank you all!!, i suspected that it wasn't a cherry head but just wanted some professional opinions , i talked with the guy he ordered them and told me that he would fix his "mistake" tomorrow. even though is a gorgeous RF but my brother in law asked for cherries and got charged like cherries also hehe.

He is beautiful!! Not sure if he is a cherry head or Northen, but he is a very nice tortoise.
