I have a 15 month old Hermann’s and until yesterday had a CHE on 24/7. The nighttime temps never dropped below 71F. We just upgraded his enclosure and since he is no longer a hatchling I thought he would be okay without nighttime heat now. I just looked, and the nighttime temp dropped to 63 and 61 on both sides of the tank. It’s now warming back up with the heat lights back on but I worry if that will cause a shock since he’s never been in temps that cold before? Also is 60 too cold for nighttime?

Obviously you are not letting him brumate so for now the temps should be kept warmer then normal so he doesn't try to brumate. I would still heat at night if it's still getting cold where you are.

As for the night temps, older ones can stand it a little cooler then hatchlings.
I wouldn't let it drop for an adult below 65. Hatchlings to adulthood 70
