Oogway's poop has never looked this soft before, but then again, I've never caught him in the act of pooping, either... If so, how do u correct it? Thanks in advanced guys

It looks relatively close. Still has some consistency of firmness with it not being a puddle. Have you changed anything in diet, water, or anything husbandry related recently? Notice anything different he might be doing.

No, not really... It's been about 2 weeks since I gave him cactus, but that's it...
