Hey Matt. I have the same stuff growing all over the place by me this fall in NY. I researched it, found the name, but forgot what it was. I'll try to describe it to you the best I can than you can decide if it's the same:
It grows in bunches, the biggest ones have a tiny white flower at the end, it's very soft and fragile, the biggest leaves are about the size of a nickel, the plant itself only gets about six inches or less tall, and it usually grows along the foundation of the house or along the bottom of the deck.
If that sounds correct than that is what I have too and my baby Sulcatas love it! Since it is so soft, they'll eat all of it including the stem. I'm going to try to find where I found the name of it and I'll post it for you, unless someone else can identify it for you!
