Not bad, but Mazuri is better and probably way cheaper. For around 33.00 to 40.00 or so, you can order a 25 pound bag right from Mazuri web sits. Also, tortoise supply sells it also.

Il try to see if I am able to get them online( parents don't like idea of buying online) it was like 7$ in petco so it was a little expensive compared to 25 pound 30 dollar mazuri bag

Just out of curiosity- if cost is an issue, why not just do grocery store foods? For small-scale tortoise keepers, it is almost always more cost effective to do 'fresh food' than it is to do chows.

Using pretty much ANY tortoise chow as a supplement, that is, about 1/4th or so max. of the diet, can offer a nice balance. one author recommends a half/half mix to avoid problems with either the chow or the fresh side.

Of course, a lot of folk feel they can offer enough variety and balance with fresh foods that they really don't worry about chows. It seems to boil down to personal preference.

I'm not a huge fan of Zilla in general just because none of their products that I have run into have been good or even decent quality. You can also get the ZooMed land tortoise food at Petco, and in my opinion ZooMed is a much more trustworthy brand.
