Yes, but judging from the picture of the stag on the label, its probably forage, which means it will grow taller than the kind you normally have for lawn.

Or crimson clover.

I bought some of that forage clover a couple years ago and it grew over 4' tall. The tortoises ate it, but it was a big mess. Plus it didn't come back the following year.
