Is this normal?

My tortoise has a pale raised spot on his head, not really sure what it is and was wondering if anyone had any advise?

Normal for the species

My tort Joe had the same

It's just what they look like

That looks like that particular spot is going to come off. It happens occasionally, and is nothing to worry about.
