Is this normal?

I have an young russian tortoise by the name of Cheerio. My wife and I have only had her for about 4 months and after giving her a bath we discovered this weird yellow/white line the goes around her she'll. I'm assuming it's from her growing, but since I've never had a tortoise I didn't know. Any knowledge would be appreciated. Thank you!
