THAT IS A DEADLY DISEASE!!!!
You must send him to California to keep his alive.
If you want, I can take care of him for a while until he is better.
Pm me ok?

He'll be just fine. Tom's method will work perfectly. Have you read the care sheets for these guys listed here? Its under the specific spieces category.

That is pretty minor pyramiding. A nice closed chamber, daily soaks, shell spraying several times a day, and short visits to the great outdoors should improve it over time. Just remember that stopping pyramiding already in progress is a whole lot different than preventing pyramiding.

thank you Tom :) will wet substrate and zoomed fogger work?
temperature is around 75F at night these days, should I use heating pad until it drop under 70, or heat anyway?

I don't like wet substrate or foggers. The trick is to not lose the moisture that is already in the air, rather than try to hurry up and replace it as fast as it evaporates. In an indoor enclosure with heat lamps in an air conditioned house in a dry climate like ours, you can't keep up. You need to build or buy a closed chamber.

I don't let my temps drop below 80 with humidity.
