NO. that is a 3-way bulb.

As long as you are not looking for the bulb to have uvb you can use the ones from HD. If you need uvb then no, you can't use the ones from HD
Thank you! I ended up just getting a bulb from petsmart, but when that on goes out I’ll get one from HD.
The Petsmart bulbs are way over priced and usually wrong for your tortoise. Is it a colored bulb? Like Red? It needs to make white light and look like daylight. Also make sure that it is not a "spot" bulb. These concentrate too much shell desiccating heat into too small of an area. The typical ones for sale at these types of pet store chains are "spot" bulbs.
