I believe this may be a young nipplewort.
Please Google for comparison images. Keep in mind that the leaves of this plant change shape along the flower stem. So when comparing look at the main leaves close to the ground in the image.
If you feel confident that we have correctly ID this plant as nipplewort- you can then feed it to your tort because it is good for them

When you Google it make sure you type in "nipplewort weed" or you may find something unwanted...
I tried it and I didn't get anything "unwanted"… Just pics of weeds.
