Just ordered my Sulcata Tortoise

Hello, I have been reading posts on this forum for the last 2 hours and I am a bit overwhelmed. I have owned a Sulcata in the past but he was older when we got him so his needs were a bit different than a hatchling. I would like to keep the hatchling in a cement mixing tub for the first few months but I am wondering what the best way to keep the humidity up in one of those. If I cover it with plastic how do I attach the lights? I am just looking for some advice, please help me be sure this baby is getting the best care. Thank you
