My sulcata tortoise is about 3 to 4 months it has a pink ball in its mouth That looks like he has a second tongue on its left side also has a white spot on its bottom lip and he cant close her mouth completely what do yall think is wrong with it

Do you see any yellow bumps on the skin anywhere? Pix are really needed of the mouth and lower jaw so we can see what is happening to your tortoise.

The lower jaw and tongue do not look normal. Is this tortoise able to eat? If so, it would probably be with some difficulty as the right sides of its upper and lower jaws do not meet when the mouth is closed. It appears that there is some overgrowth of the right side of the lower jaw which is preventing the left side from closing properly.

It would probably be a good idea to take your tortoise to a vet for an evaluation.

Have you noticed any yellow bumps anywhere on this tortoise's skin? I didn't see any, but cannot see a lot of the skin areas in the photos. Look at the threads in the Yellow Bumps sub-forum for pictures which show what I mean.

it is possible this may be related to what we are seeing. some of them do have granulomas found on the inside on the organs. it would need a biopsy to know for sure though

Looks like a growth or tumor on the tongue. It's a good idea to take this baby to the vet
