Thanks to everyone for the excellent 'soaking' advice.

Thought I'd share some pictures. These are several days old, but had trouble getting them downloaded from the camera's memory card.

ROFL at my memories of boxies in the Guest Bath, while we built them an outdoor enclosure after a move. Kara, thank you for making me laugh at myself. Glad Lea is getting the great care she deserves. Looks like the gentle scrubs are helping too!

The general consensus is nail polish. Some kind of pink-ish/ purple and clear with glitter. Decided it's too risky to use chemicals to remove it. I'm soaking her every other day and using a soft toothbrush to accelerate the 'flaking' off process.
